1. This "Captain America: The First Avenger" contest period shall be held from 1 July 2011 to 24 July 2011.

  2. This contest will close on 25 July 2011 or such other that Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd (hereinafter defined) shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize.

  3. ELIGIBILITY :
    This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd., its associate companies, advertising & sales promotion agencies and members of the immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  4. This contest is open to residents of Peninsular Malaysia only.

  5. HOW TO ENTER:
    * All participants MUST first register themselves to be members of the www.pink31.com.my microsite to be eligible for participation. Participants are required to fill up the necessary details in the registration form.

  6. NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:
    * Winners will be selected among all eligible entries received.

    * Organizer, whose decisions as to the administration of the contest and the selection of the potential winners are final. The potential winners will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) days.

    * Each winner is entitled to ONE PRIZE only.

    * Prizes are non-refundable and exchangeable for cash or other products.

    * The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

    * Winners will be notified by telephone / email. All prizes must be claimed at the winner's expense within 2 weeks of the date of notification. No claim of prizes will be entertained after this date.

    * Winners must present a valid Identification Card (IC) upon collection of any prize(s), gift(s), or redemption item(s). Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd holds the right to refuse awarding the prize(s) if there is a discrepancy between the registered winner and valid IC presented.

  7. Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd may, in absolute discretion, substitute any prizes with another item it deems to be an appropriate replacement of equal or higher value as determined by Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd.

  8. All entries shall be submitted to our website, and become the exclusive property of Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  9. Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnection, acts of God, or otherwise.

  10. Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.

  11. PUBLICITY:
    * Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use of the winner's name, likeness, prize information for promotional & publicity purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

  12. PRIZES:
    * Prizes shown are for illustration purposes only.
    * Movie passes will be dispersed in the form of two (2) passes which the contestant has won. Terms and Conditions apply.

  13. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations above & decisions of the judges.

  14. By accepting a prize, winners agree that Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd, sponsors and affiliated companies are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession use or misuse of the prize.

  15. Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd has the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the contest at any time without prior notice.

  16. THE CREATIVITY AND ORIGINALITY OF THE ENTRIES:
    All entries submitted must be original and wholly owned by the participant and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  17. All photographs submitted must be in its original state and no alteration or retouching of original image or print is permitted.

  18. By submitting an entry, participant represents that such entry is their own, original work. An entry may be disqualified if Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd believes in their sole discretion that such entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, infringes or violates the rights of any third party, contains inappropriate content, or is in violation of any law or regulation.
